Italian broadcast Mediaset is suing Youtube and Google for advertising losses.

Mediaset claims that Youtube illegally distributing Media set content online. Check this out, Mediaset lawyers randomly, visit the youtube website and found more than 325 hours and nearly 5,000 clips owned by Media set. 

Mediaset is initially suing for 500 millions euros which equals 795 millions dollars in the US. However, the number will go up because Mediaset's lawyers are tacking on more damages.
